1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MISE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 years of age or older, or have proper legal authorization to enter into agreements on behalf of a business, to use MISE.
2. Description of Service
MISE is a cloud-based kitchen operating system for commercial restaurants. The service includes:
- Inventory management with batch tracking and expiration monitoring
- Recipe and menu management with cost calculation
- Staff scheduling and shift management
- Task management and cleaning loop automation
- Sales tracking and stock deduction
MISE is available via web browser and as a Progressive Web App (PWA) installable on mobile and desktop devices.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Each account is associated with one restaurant. Multiple team members may be invited and assigned roles with different permission levels.
- The account Owner has full administrative control and cannot be removed from the account.
4. Subscription Plans
MISE offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free — Up to 50 ingredients, 20 recipes, and 2 users.
- Pro — Up to 10 users, unlimited inventory and recipes, all features.
- Pro Max — Unlimited users, all features, and priority support.
Pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.
5. Payment Terms
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing cycle.
- Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of the start or renewal date are eligible for a pro-rated refund.
- Payments are processed via Stripe or Mercado Pago.
6. Your Data
- You retain full ownership of all data you enter into MISE, including recipes, inventory records, and staff information.
- You grant MISE a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
- You can export a complete copy of your data at any time.
- Your data is permanently deleted upon account closure, subject to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MISE for lawful business purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the service for any illegal activity
- Attempting to abuse, overload, or disrupt the platform infrastructure
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code
- Unauthorized access to another user's account or data
- Any use that could harm other users, the platform, or third parties
8. Service Availability
We target 99% uptime and will announce planned maintenance in advance. MISE is not liable for unplanned downtime beyond reasonable commercial efforts to restore service. Service interruptions do not entitle users to refunds except as required by applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
MISE, its logo, and the underlying software platform are owned by MISE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform. You retain full ownership of your data and content entered into the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MISE is not liable for business losses, lost revenue, or data loss resulting from service interruptions, user error, or third-party failures. Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
- Upon termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
12. Changes to Terms
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes to these Terms take effect, communicated via email to the account Owner. Continued use of MISE after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising under these Terms will first be pursued through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Argentine law.
